Danish companies have a well-established expertise in creating innovative and intelligent solutions that increase both energy efficiency and comfort in buildings.
There is, however, still a vast potential for energy savings. Renovating and insulating existing buildings; and planning carefully when constructing new buildings may reduce Denmark’s total energy consumption by 30%.
Using existing technologies, such as proper insulation, efficient ventilation and heating systems; and introducing renewable energy sources, it is possible to make buildings Co2 neutral.
