Energy Efficiency
More efficient and cleaner technologies are the key to efficient energy use – a prerequisite for a sustainable energy policy.
Improving the energy efficiency of buildings, industrial processes and transportation will reduce the global energy consumption significantly, consequently also reducing CO2 emissions. Efficient energy use is something that can be introduced in all levels of society: From encouraging individuals to save energy, through the way we build our homes, to developing new, less energy-consuming industrial processes. We are becoming increasingly aware of the potential for energy savings in these areas, and Danish companies and organizations are at the forefront of this development.
