Heiligendamm (Germany)
Heiligendamm, on the Baltic Coast, was until the 1930s one of Germany’s most elegant seaside resorts. In its heyday it attracted European nobility. After World War 2 the resort started to decay.
In 2002 the Fundus Group renovated it to its former glory. With a no-compromise approach, it appointed Danfoss FWT to produce the heating and water supply. Top priority was to secure guests’ constant access to heating and hot water. Each substation 100-300 kW for heating and stainless steel charging system for domestic hot water was double equipped. Now the hotel has become an attractive destination, and the heating solution delivered by Danfoss ensures stability and total comfort for the guests
